Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley (SOTV) was founded in 1981 and belongs to the Saint Paul Area Synod (SPAS) of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Centered in Christ Jesus, we welcome you to the Saint Paul Area Synod (ELCA), a network of congregations and other ministries. We are committed to the community around us and around the world.
