About
Supportive housing program: Program goal: to return homeless, recovering women and their children back to social and economic mainstream. Target population: homeless/recovering/dual-diagnosed women and their children referred by Hennepin County shelter. Our wrap around model includes fully furnished apartments, case managers, child care workers, onsite program liaisons, transportation and an array of auxiliary programs. In 2018, 71 women and 104 children were served. 100% moved to permanent housing at move-out.
