Outpatient counseling: mental health and substance abuse assessment and therapy services for youth and adults completed by a professional staff of MD's, APRN's, doctoral psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marital and family therapists as well as supervised practitioners. Services are structured in a flexible way to meet individual circumstances. Clinics are located in seven communities as well as 15 school based sites.
