About this organization
Mission

About
The Terry Erickson Boys & Girls Club is the oldest and also the largest club in the La Crosse area. It began in 1966 in a church basement and grew to become the club it is today. The administrative and the athletic program offices are housed at the Erickson Club. This club serves youth at Northside Elementary School as well as members in the Schuhmullen low-income housing development. In addition to our after school and summer programs, our clubs host a large selection of youth developmental athletic programs for youth ages 4 through 16, including tackle football, flag football, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, and tee ball. Through our athletic programs, members work closely with qualified and dedicated coaches and learn the skills necessary for the sport, the importance of teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Many of the club's athletic programs are run out of the Erickson Club, however there are some athletic activities offered on the south side of La Crosse and West Salem.
