About

Our purpose at Rolling Hills Church is to know God and to make Him known. Our Vision at Rolling Hills Church is to to be a healthy church family built on truth and relationships. Rolling Hills Church is built on truth and relationships. Our purpose is to know God and to make Him known. We believe, preach, teach, sing, pray, and love God’s truth, the Bible. We hold fast to and celebrate the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are a registered in the state of Wisconsin as a nondenominational church, but we are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. We are reformed in doctrine, comfortable in dress, and simple in structure. We are an elder led church that meets on Sunday mornings for worship and throughout the week in homes for fellowship, discipleship, and ministry. We refer to these small groups during the week as cell groups. Our church was planted in Platteville in September of 2000 by Pastor Jeff Nettles. Our main teaching elder since March of 2014 is Pastor Matt Wunderlin. Our church is friendly to veterans from multiple branches. Jeff and Matt were both Air Force veterans. We strive to be a church that fits the criteria of an Acts 29 Church. We are also part of The Gospel Coalition and 9Marks.
