Athlete training and services (high performance and youth instructional programs): The purpose of the high performance program is to identify and train athletes that have the potential to play at an elite level and possibly move into the national athlete pipeline. Programs are offered for both male and female athletes, ages 12-17. The high performance program is also an opportunity to identify and train our regional coaches to move into national coaching positions. The purpose of the youth development program is to introduce the sport to youngsters, ages 3-11. The sessions are designed to introduce and train athletic skills with a focus on volleyball.
