About
Development and delivery of transitional and permanent supportive housing for low-income families experiencing homelessness. In addition to quality, stable, affordable housing, housing partnership also provides supportive services to these families. Through intensive case management and life skills education, families will maximize their level of self-sufficiency, independence, and quality of life. Four different programs are utilized to ensure that we are able to best respond to the needs of our clients. 80% of transitional housing participants are fleeing domestic violence situations. The majority of participants in the permanent supportive housing program have experienced chronic homelessness and struggle with disabilities, and participants in our rapid rehousing program are selected for their ability to quickly move from homelessness to independence. All programs are designed to help participants achieve self-sufficiency, dignity and personal success.
