About
Our family support program provides flexible, family-centered assistance aimed at alleviating some of the stress faced by families who have children with significant disabilities, enhancing their ability to care for their children at home and in the community. The assistance provided includes information, referral, counseling, advocacy, and financial assistance. This program provided ongoing services to 528 children during 2018, of which 54 received children's cop funding only and 488 received children's long term support (clts) funding only or in combination with children's cop funding. In addition 33 individuals on our waiting list received 1x grants through children's cop funding.
