THIS PAST YEAR, WBD MAINTAINED ITS POSITION AS THE 11TH LARGEST PRODUCER OUT OF THE 222 CDCS IN THE U.S. WBD PARTICIPATED IN PROJECTS WITH OVER 81 WISCONSIN LENDERS AND SERVED AS AN INTEGRAL HUB IN EVERY PROJECT. THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH VARIOUS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND MINORITY CHAMBER ORGANIZATIONS, WBD SERVICE COMPANY OFFERS LOAN SERVICING AND BACK OFFICE SUPPORT ENHANCING THE AGENCIES' ABILITIES TO DELIVER THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE.
