About
CCC served approximately 16,500 in our pantry and approximately 14,500 in our hot meal program in 2018. Our outreach center which provides assistance using computers, making copies, and giving referrals in job connections, food, crisis intervention, clothing, housing, furniture and appliances was a success. Our coordination and partnership with over 31 organizations has assisted us in helping the community to gain more confidence and self-sufficiency which would reduce the number of families in need. The expansion of partnerships has also strengthened our community knowledge and ability to provide more in services to others. We were able to refer over 1,250 people in 2018. The work with connecting people with livable wage jobs was a win for everyone.
