FFRF WON A FINAL RULING AT THE 11TH U.S. CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS, CHALLENGING A DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICE AGAINST ATHEISTS SOLEMNIZING BREVARD CO. (FLA.) MEETINGS. FFRF WON A DECISION IN OUR FAVOR BY THE 4TH U.S. CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS OVER ITS CHALLENGE OF "BIBLE IN THE SCHOOL" CLASSES IN WEST VIRGINIA. AT YEAR'S END, FFRF HAD AN ADDITIONAL 5 ONGOING LAWSUITS. FFRF MAINTAINED 8 STAFF ATTORNEYS, 2 LEGAL FELLOWS, 2 LEGAL ASSISTANTS AND A TOTAL OF 5 LEGAL INTERNS.
