Keystone provides case management services, emergency shelter, and if the shelter is full - motel emergency shelter nights. We provide rapid rehousing and homeless prevention services which consist of case management, financial assistance paid to third parties, and other support. We work with the local continuum of care - St Joseph County housing task force. This group addresses housing barriers for all homeless populations. In addition we work with the interagency services team. This group addresses clients' barriers and provides assistance with the development of the clients' housing plans.
