Our mission is: Repairing homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives. Our vision is: a safe and healthy home for everyone. We accomplish our mission by preserving and revitalizing houses and communities in Oakland County and the Jefferson-Chalmers neighborhood in Detroit assuring that low and moderate income homeowners, particularly those who are elderly and disabled, families with children, and veterans live in warmth, safety, and independence. We have over 26 years of experience in home preservation and community revitalization. We provide home rehabilitation and modification services at no-cost to low and moderate income homeowners. Since inception we have served over 1,000 low-income homeowners and families in Southeast Michigan.
