The mission of TDN is to revolutionize communities to be inclusive and accepting, where all people thrive in the quality of life they create.

Individual outcomes: 1) 44 people living in nursing facilities were transitioned to living independently in the community 2) 150 youth with disabilities received training, education and resources to transition to college, work and independent living 3) 238 people with disabilities got jobs in partnership with Michigan Rehabilitation Services 4) over 200 people utilized over 2000 hours of supports in our accessible community technology center Community outcomes: 1) 1,500 people attended the Disability Networks ADA Day, Over the Edge and Holiday Community Celebrations 2) 100 local business leaders participated in disability employment trainings through TDN's support of the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce's Disability Works Committee 3) received and responded to over 5,000 individual information and referral requests All of these people were served by the Disability Network; a 20 staff company that has a 13% administrative overhead and a 15 to 1 return on investment according to the Michigan State Human Services Department.
