SERVICES ARE PROVIDED OVER THE TELEPHONE. ELM STAFF ALSO ASSISTS CLIENTS SCREENED ELIGIBLE FOR KEY BENEFITS WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS. THIS PROGRAM IS A COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE AND IS INTEGRATED WITH THE MICAFE PROGRAM AND ALL LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAMS.
