Mission
New Horizons is a private, not-for-profit organization, founded in 1964. New Horizons began as an outgrowth of a parents' group concerned with the lack of opportunities available for people with disabilities. Today, we have grown to seven branch locations and have numerous work sites in the community. We provide a wide array of vocational and other rehabilitation services to people with disabilities as well as those with other barriers to employment.
