SERVICES INCLUDE ASSESSMENTS, FUNCITONAL DAILY LIVING SKILLS TRAINING, ADVOCACY, SOCIALIZATION, RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, VOCATIONAL, TRANSPORTATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, CONSULTATION, AND REFERRAL SERVICES. IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE DT PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF AND ENHANCEMENT OF DAILY ADAPTIVE LIVING SKILLS AND ECONOMIC SELF SUFFICIENCY.
