About this organization
Mission
Our mission is to have every homeless veteran gain back their pride and dignity so that they can return to society as a self-sufficient and productive member once again.
About
We provided male homeless veterans 90 days of transitional housing at the James Walton Home in Phoenix, AZ. While there, the veterans get access to all the resources they need: housing specialist, job specialists, unobtained benefits to get back on their feet. Nine out of ten who come through our program eventually get permanent housing and jobs. In 2018, we had 122 men come through the program. We are a member of the Arizona Coalition to End Homelessness and work closely with the US Dept. of Veterans Services, the Phoenix VA Homeless Outreach Program, and several other shelters, crisis teams, and community faith-based organizations throughout the valley to help our deserving veterans.
