EACH CLIENT IS CAREDFOR BY AN INTENSIVE CASE MANAGER WHO, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CLIENT,DEVELOPS AN INDIVIDUAL GOAL PLAN THAT CREATES A PATHWAY TO ACHIEVINGINDEPENDENCE AND SELF SUFFICIENCY.THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES A PROGRAM THAT ADDRESSES HOUSING LOSSPREVENTION THAT HELPS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES KEEP THEIR HOMES ANDAVOID ENTERING THE SHELTER SYSTEM.
