Rincon Family Services was formed in 1972, as a not-for-profit organization, for the purpose of rendering compassionate and effective programs that promote the quality of life by serving as a catalyst to advocate, educate and empower individuals and their families. Focused in the Humboldt Park, Austin, Logan Square, Avondale, Hermosa and Belmont-Cragin neighborhoods of Chicago with a special emphasis on low-income Latino and African-American families, RFS strives to enhance the health and well-being of families and significant others in our communities by providing behavioral health and family support.
