To provide transportation options to the elderly, low income and disabled individuals in order to access basic needs and medical services.

CORE program consists of mobility management and operations. This program has a monthly ridership where the riders are alloted 100 miles per month. Payment is made to the rider at 50 cents per mile in order to pay their own volunteer drivers for access basic needs and medical services.Riders must apply to the program so we may determine eligibilty. Low income, senior and disabled individuals are the only ones eligible to appy to our program. These individuals are referred to as Riders.
