In 2019, we increased the number of families served as well as the number of day guest participants by 10%. We increased our occupancy rate by 17% contributing to a full house and we are pleased to announce a 99.5% satisfaction rate from our guest surveys. We further enhanced our kindness kitchen program through marketing, social media and corporate partnerships. The program increased meals provided by 115% and individuals served by 155%. We also enhanced our comfort cart program through the same channels resulting in an increase of individuals served by 54%.
