Background: In 2016, Beach House and FOCUS joined to become Leading Families Home where we have collectively helped households transition from homelessness to permanent housing since 1921.

Rapid rehousing (RRH) provides supportive services that enable homeless families and individuals to rapidly obtain safe, affordable housing, increased income and other resources to sustain long-term housing independently.
