The Center Against Sexual Assault of Southwest Riverside County intentionally foster deep resilience in our community. We support children, adolescents, and adults in adapting to and overcoming trauma and adversity through prevention and healing services, to reach their potential.

During the year, C.A.S.A. provided over 752 crisis intervention contacts for sexual assault victims, provided 1,487 individual conseling sessions for adults, and 952 sessions for minor survivors of sexual assault, accompanied 133 sexual assault victims to the hospital for forensic exam or to law enforcement to file a report or to court for legal proceedings, and provided advocacy assistance to 145 sexual assault survivors in securing rights and services from other agencies. C.A.S.A. provided 868 individual counseling sessions for victims of child abuse, 510 individual conseling sessions, 357 case management sessions and housing assistance for 49 for vistims of human trafficking. C.A.S.A. reached 464 residents through community presentations on sexual assault and human trafficking. C.A.S.A. also provided girls and boys empowerment groups in both school districts within our service area.
