Each year the monies provide coaches to teach the students, travel and entry fees for the competitions, equipment purchases and repairs, music drill writing, uniforms for the students to wear as well as an end of the year banquet to celebrate the accomplishments. This year our Marching Band had an undefeated season with their La Ofrenda show. Our Drum Line went to Dayton Ohio and took 5th place on the national stage with their show Mutiny on Dark Waters. LAHS Color Guard competed across Southern California and consistently placed in the top of their division with their show based on I love Lucy". Our Concert Bands went to several festivals where they received Superior rankings as well as performing in Disneyland.
