1) Pride Hockey Association (herein, PHA) supports the Washington Pride, a college preparatory young women's ice hockey program. PHA has 4 teams (U19, U16, U14-Major and U14-Minor) and a skills development program for girls aged 9-12 called Pride Futures. The U19 team competes in the Junior Women's Hockey League, a league of ice hockey teams from the US and Canada. All teams compete against other Mid-Atlantic boys and girls hockey teams.
