The Treasure Island Sailing Center provided 2,751 youth and adults of all abilities and socioeconomic backgrounds in the San Francisco Bay Area 31,280 hours of sailing opportunities for either instruction or recreation. The majority of our program serves youth and in 2018 provided 2,189 youth with 24,473 hours of instruction. 84% of youth were provided scholarships. 1,241 of the Center's youth participated in a STEM program offered to 4th and some 5th grade San Francisco Unified Public School students at no cost including transportation.
