We counseled over 50 clients with home buyer education workshops and credit counseling. We rehabilitated and constructed several homes in the Hattiesburg area. ($86,550-Non Grant). We built and closed one new affordable house in Hattiesburg , MS and one house in Philadelphia, MS ($135,440.80). We managed a rental unit for a low income family and received $7835 in rental income.
