Built in 1993, this 16 unit apartment complex with four, onestory brick buildings, provides safe, affordable housing linked to rental subsidies and services for lowincome persons disabled with mental illness. Located on the corner of Glenbrook Drive and Meridian Road in suburban East Columbus, the property also includes a community building and laundry. The parttime, livein resident manager, an experienced mental health case manager, monitors residents' independent living, provides crisis intervention, facilitates individual and group meetings with residents and support providers, assists with property maintenance, and fosters good community relations. In 2018, 15 of the 15 disabled, lowincome persons (100%) served in this program remained stable in their housing or exited to other permanent housing. On average, residents have stayed housed in the program for 9 years.
