About
Managing Kings Daughters Housing, Inc.'s apartment complex and providing food services to residents of the facility. Associates' terminated operations in 2019 because its mission of serving the elderly residents of Kings Daughters Apartment Complex had been accomplished. In 2018, Associates' sister non-profit corporation, Kings Daughters Housing, Inc., sold the apartment complex to an unaffiliated non-profit entity thus ending the need for Associates' services. Associates distributed its remaining assets to other non-profit organizations associated with the elderly and filed Articles of Dissolution on November 21, 2019. The West Virginia Secretary of State approved the Dissolution on December 4, 2019.
