The League shelters and cares for approximately 80 cats and 40 dogs at anytime. Our goal is to find all the animals in our care their Forever Homes. During 2019, 992 adoptions occured; 437 cats and 555 dogs. All cats adopted receive micro-chipping, vaccination, vet check-up, testing for feline leukemia and FIV and spay/neutering. All dogs adopted receive micro-chipping, vaccination, vet check-up, heartworm testing and medication and spay/neutering.
