ACCORDING TO THE CHARTIS GROUP, "THERE IS NO BETTER ILLUSTRATION OF THE VALUE THAT RURAL FACILITIES PROVIDE TO THEIR COMMUNITIES THAN THE ANNUAL IDENTIFICATION AND RECOGNITION OF THE TOP PERFORMING RURAL FACILITIES.
