Senior services and transportation: over 500 different senior citizens were served through the center's various senior services. More than 35 senior citizens participate daily through the senior lunch program and activities such as arts and crafts, exercise, health screening, informative presentations at Wesley Center and through outings in the community. Case management services were provided to approximately 450 frail elderly persons which included 2,000 transportation trips. The center provided 5,300 trips to nutrition sites with average of 25 trips daily.
