It is the domestic and global mission of 4GENetwork to equip pastors and leaders to train the people they lead to be friends and partners with God. In 2019, 4GENetwork trained pastors and leaders both domestically and internationally. Five international training conferences were conducted in four countries: Sierra Leone, Honduras, Ethiopia, and Cuba. The sessions served more than 900 pastors and leaders from 32 different denominations. Attendees were not only from the countries where the conferences were held. Pastors from Nigeria, Niger, Nicaragua, Liberia, Kenya, and Ghana also attended. In the United States, more than 600 pastors and leaders were trained at sessions held in Torrington, Wyoming; Tillamook, Oregon; and various locations in Northern California.
