Mission

Our focus is setting those in prostitution and abuse free and walking them through restoration; taking the love of the Father to the poor and the broken and helping them see their true value, and equipping and serving the church in Brazil. We have helped women leave the life of prostitution and rescued children caught in trafficking. We hope to open more rescue homes to rescue more women and children. To reach the people on the streets we go to parks and dark alleys where there are groups of homeless children and adults, most of them drug addicted, and we have church together. We provide clothing, food transportation and friendship to those living in the favelas (slums) near us. We have helped with medical costs and job hunts for those living there.

Shores of Grace spreads the gospel of Jesus Christ within the United States and in other countries through preaching, teaching, music ministry and prayer ministry. They provide food, shelter, counseling, and care for the poor in the name of Christ through the work of missionaries. In 2019, more than 1,600 people were provided water, food, and/or other basic household necessities. Through a partnership with other nongovernmental organizations, young women were provided housing, counseling, and life coaching as they were transitioning out of the trafficking lifestyle.
