Through program divisions The Bay, Bay High, Rabble Media, and Skate for Change, we work to provide upward mobility for young people — impacting individuals, their families, and communities for generations.

The Bay Lincoln is our physical community space existing in Lincoln, Nebraska. Its mission is to end generational poverty one young person at a time, which is accomplished by providing our community with exposure, opportunity, and supports through the subcultures of skateboarding, music, art, and coffee. Our space occupies a large converted warehouse that houses a skatepark, all ages music venue, coffee bar, and digital art lab as well as programming offices. Engagement opportunities and supportive services were provided to well over 1000 unduplicated individuals within 2017.
