We are working toward a vision that one day, the diversity of those occupying our nation’s highly-skilled jobs and highest leadership positions will be as rich as the diversity of our population.
About
College access ambassador training (CAAT): High school students participate in weekly, full-day Saturday sessions held on college campuses during which they complete two college-level courses each academic year, take grade-appropriate math SAT prep courses, and meet with their mentors and advisors. During the academic year ending in June 2018, the CAAT programs in Delaware and New Jersey served 70 and 53 students, respectively. Of the graduating seniors in each of the Delaware and New Jersey programs, 100% were accepted into and planned to attend a four-year college, with 95% being accepted into one of the nation's top 238 colleges.
