TKC Oxnard's 24-month transitional certified case managers serve both adults and children with 100% moving on to stable housing. TKC Oxnard's 6-month emergency shelter certified case manager serves both adults and children of which 100% completed the program and moved to stable housing. 92% of the clients went on to stable housing in either permanent housing or other transitional programs. Our statistics for successful housing placement are far greater than the national average of 50-60%. The success is credited to professional case management, life skill classes, career placement and counseling to enable residents to live a self-sustained lifestyle when they leave the program.
