Project design and construction to make the Gateway Arch National Park more accessible and safer for everyone to experience by connecting and unifying streetscapes, roadways and the riverscape of the park and adjacent portions of downtown St. Louis, the Mississippi River and the riverfront. The foundation expanded programming and partnerships to bring the community and visitors to the area with free and diverse events throughout the year in the completed project areas. These events included Archbark with nearly 5,000 attendees, a 28 week health and wellness series with over 2,000 participants, a 6 week Winterfest with over 25,000 visitors, Kiener Kids bringing free yoga and storytelling to Kiener Plaza, and Blues at the Arch series with over 18,000 attendees.
