About

Hunger relief, awareness and education: The organization provided emergency supplies of food during 14,135 household visits (43,744 individuals). We implemented pre-made food rescue program with local cafeterias and donated 19,743 meals as a result. Through the summer meals program, we provided 11,742 meals to children through programs at OPRF High School, Power of Partnership, Cluster Tutoring, Oak Park Education Foundation's Base Camp, and St Catherine/St Lucy School. We connected 531 households to ongoing income supports. The nutrition education program reached 11,961 individuals with food demonstrations and workshops, while providing blood pressure screenings for 967 clients. Educational presentations were made to 65 local groups. Our website was viewed by 73,790 users.
