A continuation of 2017 program which recorded and assessed the fish population and fishing activities along the section of the Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail in the area of Makalawena, North Kona. The grant was through the collaboration of the nature Conservancy and Kamehameha Schools, the owner of the property. The program was concluded in 2018 and was very successful. All deliverables were achieved.
