MESA OUTREACH, INC. F/K/A HOUSTON NORTHWEST COMMUNITY CENTER, INC. IS A NON-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT IS DEDICATED TO MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY ONE LIFE AT A TIME, WITH THE REALIZATION THAT WITH THE COMBINED ENERGY OF MANY THOUSANDS CAN BE REACHED.
