In 2018, Girls on the Run hosted three 5k running events for Girls on the Run participants and community members in the Greater Baton Rouge, Acadiana and Northshore areas. The 5k is the culminating event for the 10-week Girls on the Run program and is centered around the girls and their families and on the celebration of healthy living and their accomplishments.
