The mission of the Downtown Arts Alliance is to bring cultural enhancements and revitalization to the Monroe and West Monroe historic riverfront commercial districts.

Six times a year the Downtown Arts Alliance sponsors the Downtown Gallery Crawl participants 'crawl' from one historical architectural jewel to the next, each gallery and studio filled with fine art.
