The scholarship program provides up to 32 credit hours of T&F for post-secondary education at Hill College. The student must be a FT student (12 hrs min and 16 hrs max) per semester. Students are also required to participate in a community service project and mentoring. All funds are paid directly to the education institution. Funded scholarships for 92 first year and 43 second year college students as well as book payments for 33 second year students.
