Thailand MinistryOur programs in Thailand are accomplished through grants to Life Impact Thailand Foundation, based in Mae Sot, Thailand. The Foundation was organized in order to properly facilitate operations in the country. See Schedule F for details about our grant-making and monitoring process.In 2015, Life Impact Thailand Foundation was officially approved as a Thailand Government Recognized Safe Home. The safe homes are on 41-acres which is located on the new highway that runs through the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The Foundation has the same legal authority as the police to rescue children that are trafficked in the areas spanning between China and Singapore. The Foundation is officially the watchtower along the ASEAN highway to intervene on behalf of the victims of child trafficking. The Life Impact Thailand Foundation provides every need for the children in their safe homes. This includes house parents, food, all education and medical needs, clothing & hygiene supplies, and extracurricular activities, such as sports and music programs.
