Impact sourcing program: provided digital work to an additional 711 disadvantaged youth during the year - bringing the total impacted (including dependents) since inception of the program to 47,579. With the expansion of the samasource work center in Nairobi we're now able to provide an immediate 4.1x increase in livelihoods to our trainees that are hired - an improvement that historically took 3 years of subsequent employment for our program graduates to achieve. Notably, the program passed a major milestone during 2017: 100% financial self-sufficiency from customer earned revenue.
