Mission

Establish and promote Christian discipleship

About

Training program: we continued our 6-year program called 'The Telos Collective'. Through this program, we launched the annual Intersection Conference, regularly scheduled blogs and podcasts, hosted new learning communities and created core work intensives to introduce clergy to six core competencies. They are the gospel of the kingdom, culture, missional ecclesiology, missional leadership, and spiritual formation. Our smaller groups of leaders accomplish 2 key objectives: they function like focus groups in that they help shape the future work of this program and allow us to incubate an ongoing approach to missional training.
