Mission
The mission of Operation DREAM is to connect with and provide guidance to at-risk school age boys and their families, with the goal of producing responsible citizens. Operation DREAM is an innovative and comprehensive mentoring program that bonds highly at-risk urban African American males between the ages of 4 and 19 with dedicated positive role models from the same neighborhoods in Milwaukee. The comprehensive program addresses 5 primary values: Discipline, Respect, Education, Appreciation and Mentoring purpose.

Operation DREAM - Academic Year Program (AYP): Operation DREAM provides a full day of academic, recreational and social enrichment programming to almost 100 young men on Saturdays. DREAM to Achieve - Young men are referred to this program having been identified at our Academic Year Program. This program serves young men between from 1st - 12th grade. Operation Work - The Operation Work program is for members of Operation DREAM who have transitioned into high school.Operation Independence - This program has been newly established and focuses on ensuring that we continue to provide mentoring and support for the alumni who have transitioned out of our program.
