Mission

To enhance the personal success of students in foreign countries by equipping them with English and leadership skills, as well as to provide them with a unique opportunity for cultural exchange with Americans.

About

The organization was able to place and support 17 teachers in five participating universities located in four different cities in China. These teachers provide instruction in English (primarily oral), American culture and American literature. We also took 3 groups on short-term trips, during which the permanent teachers get some additional support/resources, and the participants are able to observe and receive basic training on what it takes to be a permanent instructor. These folks are able to work with students individually or in small groups, deliver lectures on a wide range of topics, and participate with the Chinese students in sport/game activities, music and dancing.
